Steamboat Springs Remodel

This original home was built in 1972. The remodel consisted of a complete gut of the home. The third floor roof was raised and re-designed to create windows for the extraordinary views. The plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems were updated.

North Routt Remodel

This 1981 home required a complete overhaul. After several phases of remodeling, the home is now the mountain retreat the owners envisioned.
